In a collaboration with composer Edward Clarino Lun, this project seeks to take the filming technique of ‘Dolly Zoom’. It explores the possibilities of how could this visual technique work through sound. This is a performance that uses the distinction of placement between azimuth, the degree of transformation, and elevation to consider the possibilities that lie within sound to change the spatial definitions of an environment. We presented and performed the idea at the sound art forum ‘Vertigo’ at IRCAM, Paris.
